... Everything started from one small Guinea Piglet...
We have a gorgeous guinea pig, who at the moment already has her own piglets. However, we wanted to buy her a nice house. But we realized, that we do not have a lot of choices to choose from. So we started to create our own houses... or to be more precise: a home for our guinea pig. That was only the beginning. Now we are creating and making homes for all small pets.
We are a family run business and happy you are here. All our items are handmade from natural pet safe wood.
Processing time
- All our items are handmade made to order. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Normally it takes 1 - 2 weeks.
We do accept custom orders. In this case, processing time may be up to 3 - 4 weeks.

Estimated delivery time is:
- Europe: 1 - 2 weeks;
- US: 2 - 4 weeks;
- Australia: 2 - 4 weeks.
All packages are shipped with tracking numbers.
*These shipping times do not include time in customs and handling of local mail. We always ship promptly. Delays may occur due to issue with these authorities, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances that are beyond our control. So, these shipping times may be extended up to 6 - 8 weeks as a result. Please, take this into account.
Customs and import taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Conditions of return and exchanges
-We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery to arrange for a return. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase.
Return shipping is paid for by the buyer and must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. Refunds minus shipping costs and bank transfer fee will be issued as long as the item is returned in the original condition.
Refund can be made:
1) If order has been cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
2) If (and when) all items has been returned in the original condition
3) After we get written confirmation from Post Office, that the order has been lost during the delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
· Customer personalized orders
· Perishable products (like food or flowers)
· Digital downloads
· Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Attention!
Please, always check the parcel before you accept it from Shipping Company courier !!! Make sure it is not broken, the packaging is undamaged, nothing is rattle inside. YOU must pay attention at the time of delivery that the parcel is damaged and either DO NOT ACCEPT it or require the postman to write down an act of infringement. If you accept the parcel from the post, we assume that parcel arrived in good condition and no refund can be made. If you have any doubts about the quality of the parcel, open it in front of postman before you sign up the acceptance of the parcel.
